Machine Used: Short Circuit Tester, Cry machine, Soldering Machine.
Manufacturing Process:
At Waltons’ earphone production low and mid range earphone are produced which can be available to the general customers. The earphone production starts with the earphone cable and speaker short circuit checking using the Short Circuit Tester Machine. The machine segregates if there is any faulty material which ensure the quality of the product. The passed materials as well as the earpiece housing are then assebled with great care. The passed cables are then inserted in the back earpiece housing which then solderd to the speakers. After this process, the speakers are attached with the front earpiece housing to complete assebly.After the assembly, silicon ear cushion are attached and then the final QC cheking is done using the Cry Machine which checks the balance and overall qualitys of the earphone for market release.
