Manufacturing process :

Walton mobile phone starts it’s assembly process by attaching TP-LCD to the A-Housing. At the beginning of the conveyer line, PCBA and the Middle Housing ( A- housing ) assembly takes place, involving the precise fitting and attachment of housing components that provide both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal to the final product. Components such as the camera module, battery, fingerprint module afterwards. Then speaker, receiver, and Sub PCBA are carefully installed, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Then battery cover and camera deco are attached .

Throughout the assembly process, rigorous quality control measures are in place. From the initial inspection of incoming materials through IQC to the diligent checks at each stage through Line QC, no detail is overlooked. The production line operates within a controlled environment, with clean rooms ensuring a pristine atmosphere, free from contaminants that could compromise the quality of the devices. Throughout the stages, strict measures are taken to prevent Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), ensuring the protection of sensitive components. Automation technologies play a vital role, streamlining the assembly process and improving efficiency. Auto screwing and auto gluing machines ensure precise and consistent attachment, while RF and automatic wrapping machines facilitate seamless packaging. Online process monitoring allows for real-time tracking and analysis, enabling immediate adjustments and quality assurance. This, combined with the expertise of the skilled workforce, ensures that each mobile device meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
