Aluminium Casting Facilities

Die casting of aluminum is a manufacturing process used to produce high volume, complex-shaped metal parts made from aluminum alloys ADC 12. In this process, molten aluminum is injected under high pressure into a steel mold, or die, which has been designed to produce the desired shape of the final product.

Barcode System Implementation

A barcode system is a method of representing data in a visual format that can be easily scanned and interpreted by a barcode reader or scanner. It is widely used in various industries, such as retail, logistics, inventory management, and healthcare, to efficiently track and manage products, assets, and information. Barcodes consist of a series of parallel lines, typically black bars on a white background, with numbers or characters printed beneath them. The lines and spaces between them encode specific data, such as product codes, prices, or other identifying information. When a barcode is scanned using a barcode reader or scanner, the device emits a beam of light that reflects off the barcode. The scanner detects the reflected light, interprets the pattern of the lines and spaces, and decodes the data encoded in the barcode. This data is then sent to a connected computer or system for further processing, such as updating inventory records or retrieving product information. Barcodes offer several advantages over manual data entry or other identification methods. They are fast, accurate, and can be easily printed and applied to various surfaces, such as product packaging or labels. By automating data capture, barcode systems help reduce errors, improve efficiency, and streamline processes in many industries. They have become an integral part of supply chains, enabling effective tracking, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions.

CNC Lathe

A computer numerical control lathe is a machine that turns material around a central spindle and stationary cutting tool. Your material’s movement is dictated by coded instructions fed through a computer rather than operated with manual labor.

Hot Stamping

Hot stamping or foil stamping is a printing method of relief printing in which pre-dried ink or foils are transferred to a surface at high temperatures.

Origin : Taiwan/Korea

Hydrographic Printing

Hydrographic printing is a method of applying printed designs to three-dimensional surfaces. The resulting combinations are considered as decorative art or applied art. It is also known as immersion printing, water transfer imaging, hydro dipping, water marbling, cubic printing, water transfer printing. The hydrographic process can be used on metal, plastic, glass, hard woods, and various other materials.

Injection Molding

Injection molding is a method to obtain molded products by injecting plastic materials molten by heat into a mold and then cooling and solidifying them. The method is suitable for the mass production of products with complicated shapes, and takes a large part in the area of plastic processing.

Liquid Paint on Plastics Parts (ABS, PP)

Liquid painting is a surface coating method that applies liquid paint onto a substrate using techniques like spraying & dipping. The paint dries or cures to form a protective and visually appealing layer. It is widely used in industries for aesthetics and protection, offering diverse finishes and color options..

Pad Printing

Pad printing, also called tempography or tempo printing, is an indirect offset (gravure) printing process where a silicon pad takes a 2-D image from a laser engraved (etched) printing plate (also called cliché) and transfers it to a 3-D object.

Powder Coating on Metal Parts

Powder coating is a surface coating method that involves applying dry powder paint onto a substrate. The powder is electrostatically charged and adheres to the substrate, forming a smooth and even coating. The coated item is then cured in an oven, fusing the powder particles into a durable and protective finish.

Sheet Metal (Auto Shear)

An auto shear machine is an advanced industrial tool designed for cutting sheet metal and various materials with precision and efficiency. It features an automatic control system, often using CNC technology, allowing the operator to program cutting dimensions and angles. Equipped with a sharp blade, the machine delivers clean, burr-free cuts, minimizing material wastage. Its versatility, safety features, and rapid cutting speeds make it a crucial asset in metal fabrication, manufacturing, and other industries, significantly improving productivity and product quality.

Sheet Metal (Slitting & Ambrossing)

Slitting is a metal manufacturing process wherein a coil of material, such as aluminum or steel, is slit into the lengths and widths specified by the end application. As the material runs through the machine, the steel rolls are moved through extremely sharp circular blades, making the cuts.

Thermoforming Process

Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, shaped over a mold, and then cooled to produce a solid plastic part. It is a versatile and widely used method for producing a variety of plastic products, such as packaging materials, automotive parts, medical trays, and consumer goods. The process includes both vacuum forming (a specific type of thermoforming) and other variations like pressure forming and stretch forming.
